Now we tape.
Anything we do not want painted gets covered, sockets, switches, windows, door frames, unless you are a psychopath. We apply the tape neatly, paint over the area, then remove the tape before the paint fully dries so the edges stay sharp and clean.
Recommended Steps:
-
Switch off power and cover sockets and switches properly
-
Apply masking tape neatly along edges of windows, doors, and frames
-
Press the tape down firmly to prevent paint from bleeding underneath
-
Paint the wall carefully, avoiding heavy paint buildup near taped edges
-
Remove the tape slowly before the paint fully dries to keep edges sharp and clean
