  • 1. Sprocket Stool

    • This is that clean industrial look.

      How it works:
You take any number of chainrings, those toothed plates, and weld them together into a circle to form the seat. Then you add 3 or 4 metal rods or pipes as legs.

      Upgrade ideas:

      • Add a wooden top for comfort
      • Spray paint matte black or even gold for that aesthetic finish
      • Add rubber at the bottom so it does not scratch the floor

This one can even pass as a coffee table if you style it right.

  • 2. Wooden Crate Chair

    • This one is beginner friendly, no welding, just simple work.

      Materials:
Old wooden crates or pallet wood
      Nails or screws

      How it works:
Stack two crates on top of each other
Add a flat board on top as the seat
You can add a backrest using another plank

      Make it look better:

      • Add cushion or foam with fabric
      • Sand it down and apply varnish for a clean finish

  • 3. Bucket or Drum Chair

    • Now this one is creative.

You can use old paint buckets or metal drums.
Cut them to the shape you want, then add foam and fabric on top.

If you use a metal drum, cut it in half and it becomes a curved lounge chair.
Add a cushion and suddenly it looks expensive.

      Wooden planks

      How it works:
The blocks act as the base or legs
You place or slide wooden planks on top to form the seat

Flat bar or wood for the seat
